Albert Navarro Gallinad, former ADAPT PhD Researcher, has recently been honored with a prestigious Marie Curie postdoctoral fellowship, recognising his outstanding contributions as an early career researcher. Presented on National Women’s Health Day, Navarro Gallinad’s project aims to investigate the environmental factors influencing premature births, with the ultimate goal of informing future prevention policies.
Previously a PhD student within the ADAPT Centre, Navarro Gallinad now operates as a Health Data Scientist (Postdoc) in the maternal and child health group at the Human Technopole (Milan, Italy), where he develops methods to support the areas of study regarding the environmental effects on human health.
