Sam O’Connor Russell is a PhD working under the supervision of Prof. Naomi Harte in the area of multimodal interaction in online computer-mediated environments. Sam is currently exploring how artificial intelligence can enhance the experience of online interaction over tools such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom. He holds an MSc in Artificial Intelligence from the University of Edinburgh, and a BAI in Electronic Engineering from Trinity College Dublin.
