Prajwal Eachempati is currently working as a postdoctoral researcher in public discourse, data privacy, and machine learning strand at ADAPT Centre on an industry-academia collaboration real-time project. He aims to investigate how social media companies (GAFAM) can achieve a tradeoff between attaining a robust data monetization business model and securing user privacy. How such firms can strategically frame privacy discourses in terms of linguistic content to achieve competitive advantage in the market forms the primary objective of the research. He aims to add a practical dimension to the research by collaborating with GAFAM companies like Facebook.
