Dr. Darragh O’Brien is a member of ADAPT working at the School of Computing, Dublin City University. His research interests include computer security and speech processing. He is currently working on developing deep learning methods for both the detection and obfuscation of personal information in the speech signal. Such information is routinely revealed through user interaction with third party virtual assistants.
