At ADAPT Centre Conor works within the commercial team where he manages the startup pipeline, which currently consists of 16 funded teams that collectively have secured over €5M in commercialisation funding and created 50+ jobs. There are also numerous other earlier stage teams currently applying for funding. Within this role Conor is a entrepreneurial mentor to the startup teams working them on their entire journey, including concept development, business validation, funding applications, project execution, becoming investor ready and spinning out of the University. In addition to his startup role Conor also works with Industry partners in helping to define problem statements and shape engagements.
