Awais is doing PhD at TU Dublin, and he is working on business analytics and explainable artificial intelligence. His research topic is “Explainable artificial intelligence for Customer Churn Prediction”. Awais has a background in computer science and holds both bachelor’s and master’s degrees in computer science from Pakistan. He has authored/co-authored more than 17 research articles published in various well-reputed journals and a few conference proceedings. His PhD is funded by IRC.
