Dublin Institute of Technology is holding their annual award-winning eLearning Summer School. It is open to anyone in the higher education sector and beyond with spaces for 40 participants. Links to information on previous sessions available here.
Through various sessions, academic staff are made aware of the characteristics of Generation Z learners and their use of technology for learning. The sessions will highlight the implications educating these students will have on educators’ learning, teaching and assessment practices. Staff will also be guided on how to map and understand their own online engagement.
ADAPT’s Kevin Koidl will run a workshop around digital footprint awareness and Bigfoot so staff can find out about their own digital footprint. This session will run on Thursday 21st June 2018, 15:00- 16:00 at the DIT Bolton Street campus. Full details available below
