Paulo is a part of the Research Development Team in ADAPT working on EU programmes and proposal development supporting the Centre’s strategy in obtaining research funding. Paulo works on both the pre-award and post-award sides of the Centre and he currently manages the ELITE-S Fellowship Programme, and advises on several other EU funded programmes within the Centre. He has over 10 years of experience in international funding, having managed projects funded by the European Commission and the US Government through the NIH (National Institute of Health), Harvard University, and Interamerican Development Bank (IDB) in areas such as health, local development, and ICT
